As an out of state potential client it was very important to me that I receive prompt and comprehensive communication with the used car sales department.  I was fortunate enough to work with Adam  and Bobby who were willing to answer questions and send pictures as requested.  Once I arrived Adam took the time to show me the car and address concerns I had in a professional manner.  I think the thing I appreciated most was that I felt he was truly interested in getting me the right car for the right price, no B.S., no pressure.  All of which made it easy to drive away with a car from Auto Express Kia.  Thank you to Adam and Bobby for your help.  The Grand Vitara is now enjoying the sun and surf in California.
Note:  I've read a few reviews regarding used cars that have been repaired and have a clean car fax record.  This was also the case here.  I did identify the issue and Auto Express was willing to negotiate additionally, and this, in my opinion, is to their credit.

Buyer Beware on used cars!

I saw a car I liked online and went to check it out. After my test drive I could tell it may need some work but it was used so I knew that going in. I scheduled to have my mechanic check the car over. The car needed more work than I was hoping so I respectfully told the sales rep no thanks.
While at my mechanics garage we (the sales rep and I)  were told all 4 tires are bad and would instantly fail an inspection. The sales rep still tried to push the car on me (typical pushy and annoying). He tried informing me that the car is still good since it passed inspection a few months ago; he clearly forgot the mechanic just told us  about the tires. We even had the rep feel the bald tire. 
If he (they) are trying to pass a car with bad tires makes me question what else snuck by for the 'inspection sticker'. Not just on this but all used cars on the lot.

Recently bought a 2016 Kia Soul Plus with the help of the awesome attendant Bobby Lewis, aka Bobby Forte.  He made a process usually fraught with stress, and anxiety easy and simple, going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.  From running around getting cars for us to test drive, to giving us options in our price range, Bobby is an amazing person.  Thank you for helping us out with getting a new car.
