We initially came in to test drive a used car and got matched with Dave Reash. He was very down to earth and extremely easy to talk to.  We never felt pressured into something we did not want. He absolutely had our best interests in mind and he helped us to find the best solution for our situation. We ended up leasing a new HR-V. The model and color we desired was not at the dealership so it had to be located and brought in. It came in within 2 days and we were driving it off the lot the night it came in! Brandon in finance was also a big help and very knowledgeable to work with. Eric the General manager helped us find the best lease option for us, and fought to keep the lease in our price range. I have had family members that have used Bianchi Honda in the past and I will continue to recommend them in the future! This was my first ever experience purchasing a car from a dealership and it was all I hoped it could be.

As a female, purchasing a car on my own was a little nerve-wracking.  There are websites that coach females how to negotiate and advise on how not to get taken advantage of.  So, that was my starting point.

I drove 2 hours from Pittsburgh to check out a car that I wanted at Bianchi Honda.  I had already spoken with Mike on the phone and felt pretty comfortable with making the trip, even if I ended up walking away.  First of all, I have never seen so many people at a car dealership!  On a Tuesday!!  I got a little worried that I would be there foreverrrr.  But, lo and behold, I had someone assigned to me and Brian and I took the car for spin.  He was super chatty and funny (great customer service!) and more importantly, the car was spotless and more than I could have expected!  The owner was walking around and was making sure everyone was taken care of and saying hello to everyone - that in itself was refreshing and nice.  Mike C. and I worked out a special deal that I couldn't be happier with.  Everyone was very respectful and friendly, from the gentleman that got me popcorn when I arrived, to Brian, to Mike C. and Mike M - who handled my finances, to the owner.  Not to mention that Brian followed me 20 minutes to the car rental place so I could drop off the rental car and drove me back to the dealership!!!  The follow up was great and I am very happy!  Oh and not to mention, I was in and out in about 90 minutes all said and done!!!!!

We purchased our new 2017 Honda Civic EX-T on 3/3/18.  What a great experience!  Our salesman Henry Aldrete was top-notch!  He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in answering our questions!  We will now go nowhere else for my wife's cars.  Thank you Henry and thank you Honda!

We have been leasing Honda Odysseys since 2005 from Bianchi Honda and have not been disappointed.  We work with Bill Donor and he makes sure everything is taken car of and makes it an pleasant and easy experience.  Our car is always ready for us to drive off the lot, however, Bill makes sure the system settings are reviewed and set up for us.  There were so many new standard options this year but when I left the lot I felt comfortable with everything.  We needed to transfer a lift from one car to another and Bill handled getting the car to Garnon's for removal of the lift.  All I had to do was drive there to have the lift installed in the new car.  Honda also reimburses us for the cost of doing that and we have had the lift transferred 5 times.  Bill Donor goes the extra mile and we get a good price and a car perfect for us.  We would not go anywhere else. Jamar was a pleasure to work with for financing.

This is the second car we have purchased from this dealership.  Overall very pleased with this experience.  We received a fair trade in value for our prior vehicle, and the financing and paperwork process was almost effortless.   We love our new HRV, and continue to feel that Honda is a high-quality purchase!  

One item to note, the salesman promised to follow up with us regarding locating the particular HRV we wanted.  When we didn't receive follow-up contact in a timely manner, we had to contact the dealership to check on the status.  We  understand this is a busy dealership, but felt a little lost in the shuffle.  

Once we contacted the dealership on the status, things happened very quickly and were able to complete the deal.  When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, we will  look to Bianchi Honda for options!
