Placed an online order for a drink with no ice.. this is what I was provided. I asked for the manager and was told that Victor was manager. I spoke to Victor who told me if I wanted the cup filled I have to pay extra. This  goes to show you when you order a drink the fill the cup with ice. I will be returning to Dunkin Donuts because as expensive as Starbucks is this shouldn’t be happening.

allow me to get this out of the way, i don not like crowds.; & this locale can be busy & can be crowded.  however, the staff working there can only be described as a well tuned Swiss Watch. flawless team work.Food: 5/5

They heated up my food when I asked them not to, leading to a lengthy wait, causing me to be late. It's also a nightmare at any rush hour. Go to literally any independent cafe, not Starbucks.Food: 1/5

Outstanding staff and service!! I always come in after or in between classes and every time i am impressed by the fast pace and hardworking staff.  Today, I went in, on a rainy day, to order a hot caramel macchiato and was greeted with a warm welcome from Yousif. He asked about my day and held a friendly conversation while he made me the best caramel macchiato i’ve ever had!!  Highly recommend this location!!!

I went to get a cup of coffee, they sold out of most of the milk selections. So I choose coconut milk.I waited 10 mins for a half filled flat white. I literally pay extra for venti and got air. Well done Starbucks, that’s how you train your staff to prep customer’s drink? I ordered a tall iced green tea latte with light ice and it’s not like I redeemed any of my points or anything. I paid for my drink and please see in the picture what I received and it tastes like plain water - it says 2 servings of matcha but may be someone put half & that’s why we have green color there. And this is not even rush hour. Am talking 3:10 pm . Writing reviews is also I guess waste of time.

This was a second miss at this location now. It used to be good but however they gave me the completely wrong order! I ordered salted caramel and instead they gave me a Chocolate milkshake! My friend also got the wrong order. It's better to avoid this location when its crowded.

I ordered no ice venti pink drink and that’s what I got. Only half drink.

I can still feel that "Urge-To-Kill" rising... LOLOLOL! My only hope is that someone might find some amusement from my review, and be adequately warned to stay away. That would somewhat salvage my experience~ Anyways, here is my tale of woe:  It's a busy location and there are only standing tables, looks clean and normal enough. The line moved briskly. After waiting a while, I witnessed the barista picking up an empty grande cup, filling it with Almond Milk.  He then headed to the wall counter and proceeded to PLOP A MEASUREMENT OF MATCHA POWDER IN THE CUP. Barely shaking it, big clumps of matcha floating like disgusting balls of water moss, he places it on the counter. He was perhaps too guilty to give eye contact at my despairing face.  If you ever had the misfortune of trying to drink one of these abominations, you would know it's like drinking Almond Milk with Matcha Boogers. Yuck! Pictures attached.  I never felt inclined to write a review for Starbucks until yesterday at 1pm, but that barista deserved this completely. Hate might be too strong a word to express my feeling for you...but something close to it, like...a...loathing. Yesyes. Have a heart for a thirsty gal why don't you?!  It took 20mins of gentle shaking to prevent spillage to get a semblance of what my beverage was supposed to look like.  I was in too much of a hurry to ask for a remake. He seemed to have made coffee beverages normally enough. That discrimination against tea drinkers though, haha! Look, I love the taste of coffee, but it gives me heart palpitations and makes my hands shake, so give me a break alright? xD
