Let me start with saying that I really don't like giving bad reviews. I know mistakes are made and I try to give people the benefit of doubt. However, my experience was very attentive during the buying process. Very disappointed in the after sale. This is were the service is lacking! I guess we are no longer important! We purchased an England brand couch because "it's the best"! We received the couch and there's loose stitching. Well five months later and it's still not repaired! In my opinion we paid good money for this couch and work hard for it. When you are told you're getting a good product, well that's what you expect. We need to purchase recliners will not be returning customers. We needed a cleaning kit for the couch which apparently they don't offer. We have to get it through the warranty.Thanks Prime Brothers for swaying us! In response Jeff Wideman purchased the couch. To update since the response: I guess you just pretend to resolve customers issue because we have not received a phone call.

The prices were surprisingly affordable and much lower than other furniture stores on the area. The quality of furniture here is much better than other stores as well. Our salesman wasn't pushy and was very helpful. Will be back for next household items needed!

Phenomenal customer service from John. We were very stressed out looking for a complete bedroom set but John guided us to the right mattress and bedroom set that we were looking for and under our budget! Beyond happy with prime brothers and will deffinately be a return customer and recommend everyone I know. -Thanks again, john.

Great Service and Great selection. Only furniture store I’ve shopped at for over 15 years. John has always helped us get the the right pieces that fit in our budget. Won’t shop anywhere else.

Always cheerful and ready to assist. First quality furniture without the pushy salespeople. Pricing is fair. Always new items to browse.
