This a HORRIBLE place. The worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. I have purchased several items from this store on the 90 day same as cash option. Called 4 times for some prices on 2 new items and never received a call back. Spoke to Zac asked for Marc even spoke to a young lady who said she was sorry and would make sure I got a call and again NOTHING!!! It really sad to see a store go down like this they used to be great to deal with. Hopefully corporate will see the lousy job they are dong and replace them all before the word of mouth destroys them. I am sure Aarons has seen a huge increase in business!!!

Very unhappy with recent service. Management changed since I began doing business. In the beginning it was great. Understanding employees that actually listened. Presently it's gone very down hill. They only see the money they make, not your concerns trying to do business. Started an agreement on a bedroom set. A "very nice" one at that. I wanted something meant for a wood floor. Less than a month later it was falling apart. I called and they say it wasn't meant for a wood floor and that it was a common issue. Really!? So I request a pickup. It takes a week to do a 20 minute job so now my home is cluttered. Congrats Rent a Center. You lost a customer and will no longer get my business. Your competitor will though. Better stuff for cheaper. Thanks for nothing but becoming an inconvenience.

Horrible horrible customer service they have a new group of people running this place I would NO LONGER recommend doing business there.

This store is fine and very necessary to bay city however the manager Mark and the district manager Mike have no respect for the customers sad the way they can start arguments then turn around and say that never happened they need to be replaced if that store is to remain in competition with the other rentals because treating paying customers like they dont matter is a negative impact on rent a center

Terrible customer service and terrible management at the bay city Euclid store! The manager Mark and district manager Michael both need to be fired both are very disrespectful and useless!
