I love this car wash! I’ve been coming here for years and they always go the extra mile to make sure you’re happy before you drive away. Not sure why they would ever get a bad review. I own a small business and no you can’t make everybody happy, but people should at least let you know so that you can fix it. I wash my car here hundreds of times and I’ve never had one bad wash.

I love this location! For the most part, I have had nothing but expedient professional service with a smile. I look forward to going here! I love the fresh coffee, the spacious bathroom, the people that work the counter are always so friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend coming here!

I never leave reviews but this time I had to share my experience.  This is the worst "car wash" I have ever been too.  The exterior was clean but for a place that does a wipe down, it wasn't even close to dry.  Asked for the interior to be cleaned.  First I had to pay extra for them to vacuum the cargo area of my jeep.  Just got home, and now see that it wasn't done.  Secondly, the seats were not cleaned, and vacuumed only the floor mats.  Nothing else was vacuumed.  Didn't even take the floor mats out.  Stay away, this is a complete waste of time and money.  A toddler could do a better job.

Great way to clean your car inside and out at a fair price (with coupon). Expect 30 - 45 min for 360 Wash during busier hours. The good news is that they don't sacrifice quality for speed.

Whoever owns this establishment needs to have a serious talk with the shift manager or whoever is responsible on site for shift personnel... My wife and I have noticed a down turn in service (we've spent a lot of money at this place), but have hung in there with the hope that the service would improve.  This business has a problem with customer service and it needs attention.  I normally do not post to these customer rating sites, but after today, I am moved to share a troubling experience with our car wash today. I hope the owner or someone sees this and takes some sort of constructive action....   Today, after paying for an "Elite 360" full service (inside and out plus rugs and interior), I found a disgusting can of chewing tobacco (see picture with this post) in the drink holder of my wife's Toyota Corolla.  After discovering the chewing tobacco, I drove back to speak with the Supervisor - a person who gave his name as "Sam".  I explained to "Sam" that one of his employees had left a can of chewing tobacco in the drink compartment of my wife's vehicle.  His response was to say that perhaps the chewing tobacco belonged to me or my wife.  Outrageous.   I told Sam that this was completely unacceptable and that my wife and I do not chew tobacco - again, a disgusting and disturbing thing to find in one's car.  "Sam" at this point became  quite huffy.  He asked what I expected him to do at this point.  I told him that at a minimum, he needed to find the worker who left the tobacco in our car.  He walked off and returned a few minutes later with  the worker who left the tobacco in our vehicle.  The fact that  1) It was assumed to be ours  2) I had to get the supervisor to do his job and figure out who the offender was  and  3) I had to deal with the supervisor's inappropriate attitude  were all outrageous....  No customer should have to be concerned about paraphernalia left behind in his or her vehicle.  The chewing tobacco left in our car was disgusting - and so was the supervisor's attitude.   The disrespect shown to me when I pointed out the situation to the supervisor made the situation even worse.  I am a retired Navy Officer (25 years of service). Whoever owns this business needs to sit the supervisors down and explain what accountability and leadership are.  And also point out to the supervisors there that it is better to get all the facts before being dismissive of customer concerns.
