I have went and had car washed many times for many years there. Never been as disappointed as this morning and will not waste time and money at Sparkling.  They did not finish drying, left my floor mats standing against seat. I grabbed rag off cart and wiped down back seats and doors. Found manager told him who didn’t even acknowledge nor did he take a look. So I finished conversation “in case u want to know”. His comment. “Ok”.  The workers watched me finish up.  If 7 dollars I would not expect much. At 17 yes I expect not to do myself.

Just was in there to have my car cleaned and vacuumed not happy with the way my car looks. And when you say something to the workers they give you a dirty look. If I’m going to spend 31.00 dollars to have my car done there I would except it to be done right. Not half done for I came home and finished the job for them. I will not go back for this isn’t the first time I have been displeased with there services. I will do it myself next time. I thought I would give it another chance but I was wrong.

Went to sparking image this afternoon on countltyline road. Have been here numerous times. I had 10$ left in my center console put of sight, I jumped out of the car thinking no biggie it's only 10$. As my car was finished I opened the console to find my 10$ gone. I understand I shouldn't of left the money but they had no business looking through my consoles. I asked for the manager and was told they haven't had a problem with thefts in a few months. He made it know he thought I was lying. To me it was 10$ no biggie but to someone else it could be more. Make sure to remove all belongings as manager makes it your fault. He didn't even investigate handed me a free car wash and sent me on my way.

Never wasting money there again. (County line rd). Paid for the works wash. Still had dirt and loose crumbs everywhere. $27 included a 5 day warranty but even though I turned right around they wouldn’t give the warranty receipt back for the rest of the 5 days. Got back in my car. Still looks the same. They even put the floor mats in upside down. It’s not that hard to tell which way they fit. There was 1 nice person there. Everyone else looks miserable and unfriendly.

Absolutely horrible. I used to always go here and get great services but the last 5+ trips have been awful. Rude employees and my car is not any cleaner than when I came
