They did a great job,  and offer the best value in car wash memberships in my area.  Steven was very well informed,  knowledgeable,  and kind when selling to me.  He wasn't pushy when he retorted my reasons why.  I'm very happy with my experience.

I had originally given Prime Car Wash a 5 star review but I'm now updating it.

The service has gone down hill. They don't clean the inside of our car very well and they rarely put tire shine on the car. The back seats had the same marks on them for months before I finally went outside with some Windex and cleaned them off. During the winter the car wash doesn't get all of the ice off the car and I'm pretty sure they don't have an under body wash even though they say they do. If they do, it's not a good one as the dealership commented on how dirty the underside of the car was for having it washed 3 times a week. So like I said, the service has gone down hill and I refuse to pay money for them to clean the inside of my car when they do a very poor job of it...I cancelled our membership as I can get a better wash somewhere else and I don't mind cleaning the inside of the car as I know I can do a much better job.

Brought in my car for a full detail, hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in ages and had some water in the back seat/floorboard. They did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier with the results. They also have a nice cafe area to wait in with refreshments available, all-around great experience.

Always love taking the Mustang here they make her look new again. Love the fact that they dry your car after you go through the carwash in the detailing of the inside of the car is sufficient and quick.

I was not impressed with them. My vans interior could have bee vacuumed better, windows had a film left after cleaning. Employees were nice though.
