Since the early 1950’s, M.D. Pruitt’s has been a family run business that prides itself in offering the absolute lowest prices on quality, name brand home furnishing. Through this philosophy, we’ve grown from a small garage operation to a 100,000 square foot home furnishings superstore.

I had an AMAZING experience. First, there was little to no sales pressure. Once I said it was my first time, a nice gentleman (don't remember his name) gave me a lay of the land, and then let me wonder, it was great! After I looked at everything (they have LOTS to choose from), and collected my questions, I was able to find a great salesperson, Justin. Justin was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions, and provided information on all the different financing options they had. I went home, got approved, came back, and he was super helpful in explaining all the terms, wait-time (one of my pieces they have to order), and even pushed up the delivery date after he found out the one on the books wouldn't work for me. All in all, a great shopping experience, and I will definitely be shopping there again. Thanks!

Miserable experience. I went there looking for a dining room set. I walked in and told the salesperson what I wanted. He pointed in the general direction and left me to wander the store. This place is huge. As I stand there turning in circles, I see salespeople avoiding eye contact with me. There was even one salesperson sitting in on of the chairs, he glanced at me and started texting/reading on his phone. One reviewer said she believed it was likely racist behavior when it happened to her, it may or may not have been in my situation, I'm Black and it happened to me too. Racism aside, whatever it is, it's poor customer service. I will not be returning or spending my money there.

Faced cushion problem for the recliner after a couple of months. I had a protection plan taken for 80$ from them but they said cushion cannot be changed for the recliner and they cannot replace the same piece. Had to look around the shop and payed 150$ extra and purchased different 3 seater and love seat. The process again repeats.. Cushion problem again. They replaced the sofa.. Same issue again

We had a pleasant experience at the store. They let us walk around without haggling us. Once we were ready to buy the customer service was really great. The delivery is cheap definitely easier than trying to get your buddies to do it with you. They even called to make sure the couch selection was correct before bringing it to our house. Very happy with Pruitt's
