The place is not bad, but they raised the prices two years ago. My biggest complaint — they wait till the late fees have kicked in (all $80 bucks) on the 8th if the month, and then they call to let know that your unit is unpaid. All the while the automated payment gets switched off every several months on its own volition, without sending any alerts. Not sure if Alerts are sent when the scheduled payment fails, because the Automated Payment set up cancels not because the payment fails. Every time this happens, and then they call after $80 was added to the monthly bill, I pay with the same card I had on Automatic, and there is no problem with with processing the card. Why not to call in the day before late charges kick in? Because they never do and Automatic payment cancels every 3 months, I became convinced that this is a scheme to charge people significantly more money. And I am leaving that place, despite a super-great location if my storage unit on the 1st floor and not far from the entrance. Yes, the staff if helpful, but in what?

The service provided was amazing!! Elijah was a major help!! I’ve been using public storage for 3 years now all different locations, this has by far been my best experience!!

I do not rent at this storage place. I'm a frequent customer. Being that my boyfriend has a shipping company i constantly do business with public storage in regards to our shipping supplies. I'm always greeted with bright smiles and positives attitudes by the beautiful girls behind the counter. Although, they seem to always switch their employees, I always leave with 100% guest satisfaction.

I was personally satisfied with my experience at Utica Ave. Public Storage. I give the staff a thumbs up with regard to professionalism.
