We have rented any it for over 3 years. Now, after upgrading to a larger unit for only 6 months, we have a rate increase of nearly 10%. That is ridiculous. Apparently, according to the manager, this will happen every year. Don't put your things here unless you want your rate to increase more than the rate of inflation every 6 months to a year. I would also like to add, that they deleted my comments from their Facebook page, and took away my commenting privileges.

My husband and I wanted to rent 12 of the largest climate controlled units today. We are moving from a 4000sq foot house to a 8000 sq foot house and needed to get something going ASAP to store things while waiting for our home to be finished. The woman in the office would not get off the phone to help us. We could clearly her conversation....She was giving excuses & validation to a person who was late on payment on their unit. Seriously???? We've all had problems in our life. Chatting it up and sharing crappy financial stories with a delinquent customer is unacceptable...especially when you have new customers in your lobby.

I have been at this location for over two years. I have always received excellent service. There is a large variety of units and the online pricing is great.

Victoria had great customer service.  She showed me several units, and when I chose one, she explained all the terms in the agreement.
