Joanna and Kelsey are great!! Best service I've had in a while. I'm always happy whenever I need to go into the office to deal with administrative stuff and I see one of them. I always leave with a smile on my face. Always professional and very helpful.

For the first time in a long time I left a business with no complaints .The young lady Kelsey is very pleasant she gives Public storage a better reputation then what you hear. She went out her way to help me load things onto a cart. And when I said it was ok her every response was no problem it's my job . If you want to have a clean environment and great customer service please do business with the Wilshire location . Great job Kelsey 👍🏻

Ms. Joanna & Kelsey: ARE DOING AN OUTSTANDING​ JOB UP ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT MY EXPECTATIONS WERE! THEY GREETED ME WITH NICE AND KIND SMILES AND TALKED WITH ME AND WALKED WITH MY TO SHOW ME MY SPACE. THE KINDNESS AND PATIENT THEY DISPLAYED TO ME IS WHAT I LOOK FOR WHEN I COME INTO COMPANYS AND STORES ALL OVER. BY FAR THE NICEST GIRLS IVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH ALL DAY!! I loved my experience. Kelsey just lifted the weight off my shoulders by providing me with impeccable service at a high quality and with value. I needed all packing materials and they were all available for purchase including a hanging clothes rack in a box. Pure gold! Thanks Kelsey!!!! I feel like James Bond, the female version. 😊

Joanna and Kelsey are truly the best, they were so patient with us when our delivery truck was late and we had to stay a few minutes after closing. Great service, highly recommend this location.
