Please note that Clutter is a storage company and NOT a moving company. I had scheduled a move + storage with Clutter in New York and they arrived without a tool box (who does that?) and unable to disassemble my sofa which was mentioned would be needed in the booking. Had I known that they do not deal with moving related items, I would have booked a different company. It took Clutter above average time to pack my items, which resulted in a higher $$$ fee. Overall, I had a terrible experience with this brand and would not recommend it due to their customer service, increase in prices and ability to not perform what was asked of them before hand. #VeryUnprepared. I would expect a refund of some sort for this particular case which was not given.

I have had several complicated move ins and move outs, and the customer service at Clutter has always been PHENOMENAL. Like over the top. The people on the phones are VERY good. Also, the online portal where you can look at the stuff you have in storage is super neat and helpful. The only thing I wish it had was a %full area in the portal so you know how much more space you have in your unit. Maybe the next update?

This was the most simple and painless moving/storage service ever. Mario and Ray were right on time at 7am. They were quick, kind and helpful.

They took pictures and tagged every box/piece of furniture so if you ever need anything back, they return it to you. 

I would highly recommend this service if you ever have to put anything in storage and don't want to rent a truck to bring it all there.

Loved working with Clutter so much! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make the moving process efficient, painless and dare I say--enjoyable! I especially appreciate the transparency provided by the website and being able to see/track my items in their secure storage facility. Will definitely be using them for every future move and highly recommend Shannon!
