Very clean & upscale Prices are competitive with businesses around (sometimes they price match) Friendly staff (Sonia and Robert were really helpful and professional) You just have to make sure to read your contract because the rent might goes up after 7 months or so. But they do work with people. And you will get the general benefits of dealing with a smaller company than bigger ones like "Public Storage"

Self Storage 1 is the best storage facility in LA. I've had several storage units in the past and there is no comparison. Self Storage 1 West LA is beautiful, clean and air-conditioned. The facility has all of your storage needs for moving and packing from boxes to tape and even locks for the gates. It's turn-key service at its best. Most importantly the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with Self Storage 1!

I've been using this location since they first opened – almost 9 years, and there's nothing bad I can say about this place. I like that they enforce their rules and are totally in tune with what (and who) comes in and out of the facility. If problems develop, they are quick to address them and take whatever measures necessary to make things the way they should be. If you want clean, safe and secure storage in west LA, you won't do any better than these guys at Self Storage 1. They're first class compared to a lot of other storage facilities. If you've got a gripe at this place, odds are pretty good that they aren't the problem. It is as clean as any storage facility I've ever seen. There's never a shortage of carts, and they gladly accept deliveries for me on a regular basis. The staff is as friendly and helpful as you'll ever find, and they are easy to work with. I've added temporary units occasionally and they prorate to fit my needs and keep my costs to a minimum.

As a youth soccer company we have a large amount of equipment that needs to be utilized each weekend. We were struggling to find a place for all of this equipment to be stored during the week. Thankfully we found Self Storage 1! Their easy "in and out" facility makes it very simple to load up the items we need and head out to the field for a day of soccer. All of the staff was very helpful in setting up the perfect sized room for our needs. I definitely would recommend this facility to make your life easier and much more organized!!

Just wanted to highly recommend Robert and Isela -- the personal service and the personal care was perfect. It didn't feel like we were doing business. They took great care of me!
