Excellent experience from beginning to end. Ryan is one of the most helpful people I've ever experienced, all service industries combined. As a result I highly recommend this location. If they're full then I think Ryan can help you find units at other locations nearby so regardless, contact ExtraSpace on Olympic and ask for Ryan!

This is a fantastic storage business. The site is easy to use with ample parking and street access. They provide carts for moving your things. The manager Ryan is very helpful and easy to deal with, and has a no pressure approach. Everything was as advertised, but there is an insurance fee which I didn't know about. My unit was clean, and I'm very happy with Extra Space!

Dealt with Amaya. Very honest with all details. No hidden charges. Went through contract very meticulously. Very caring and friendly. Was unsure about leaving my belongings somewhere random but after meeting Amaya I feel comfortable renting here. Great customer service. !! :)

This review is long overdue for my wonderful experience at this extra space storage location. With the help of Ryan Eisenstein, I was able to effectively and effortlessly turn all the stress, inevitable moving problems and decision making foran apprpriate storage unit. Ryan was not only helpful, accommodating and professional but also so kind, positive and ready to help at moments notice. This type of service is not expected by me from any establishment anymore, so when it does happen... credit must be given and gratitude must be expressed. I was so pleased and blown away by the customer service experience that Ryan provided me, as well as observing several other of his clients! Ryan I want to truly thank you a great deal for helping make my moving day, one I want to remember instead of one I wouldn't care if I forget. Your attitude, help and genuine character is contagious and I hope you always carry these amazing characteristics with you throughout life. Thank you to Ryan Eisenstein and thank you also you Extra Space Storage! You have found one of the truly best kinds of employee, which is a rarity. Cherish him!

I really loved this storage, specifically at this location, because it's climate controlled and it's one whole building so where ever you are it's always chill over there. Also customer service is great. Manager's name is Rain. He is professional, smart, and nice. Before that location I visited other 2 locations of same company and employees were not nice at all, I would said I didn't like them. But this location Rain is kind of people who nice to have a deal with.
