My only complaint about Publix is the bagging of the groceries. No one seems to know a thing about how to do it properly. A little training in that area would render a 5 star rating. People there are always kind and helpful & they'll carry your groceries out to your car & never accept or expect a tip. Publix store brands are fabulous, especially their ice cream and froyo and It's still in half gallon cartons!

The store is absolutely terrible.  Every time I put in a food order I put it in 48 hours in advance. Almost every single time I pick it up the food is almost an hour late. The employees constantly make up excuses of why it’s not ready. I would rather pay more and go somewhere where I know the quality and service is good.

I have enjoyed shopping at Publix. The employes have been nice and cordial each time I've shopped. The store has always been clean and orderly.

Always nice to shop here. Prices are a little more than Walmart but worth it when you compare the service and not dreading going to the store.

Customer Service wasn't all that well, and they were out of the store brand family pack boneless thighs. Well stocked shelves will bring better business. No one greeted me when I walked through the door like most Publix do. I didn't feel welcomed at all
