Beautiful store. A little small for a Publix (assortment is still pretty good) & parking could better, but generally very pleased. Employees have always been extremely helpful & courteous.

Very clean store, all of the carts we're in excellent condition and all of the staff were openly friendly. Special requests to the meat counter were handled promptly and accurately. I really enjoyed my trip.

For the most part happy with store and staff. Need more people working deli. It takes forever to have fresh deli meat cut and they usually only have one person. Other store nearby always has more people working deli. Other than that ive been very happy with this neighborhoodstore

Lack of customer service. Only one worker asked if I needed any help. The lay out of the store makes it feel cramped. The cashier did not smile. No one put the bags into my cart. No one offered to help me take my groceries to the car (and it is a very rainy day). This store could benefit from shadowing the employees of the Perdido Store. The Perdido store ALWAYS exceeds the expectation! Everyone there smiles, asks if you need help, bags your groceries and offers to take them to your car. Step up East Hill.

Two problems with this place. First the deli personnel needs to be trained in customer satisfaction. Mostly being properly staffed and hygienic. Seen some questionable handling of food.  No raving fans here. Second, the on going pcola problem of beggars and organized sign crime has made its way to the parking lot and inside by the coffee and tables. Now we are subjected to being harassed for beer change inside. The managers should remove them for loitering
