,, when I visited Publix I was looking for a specific item. A gentleman working there then Richard researched trying to locate the product walked me back to the area it should have been and he determined that they did not carry that particular item. However he offered to order it for me and that was very professional. I had a very nice visit at Publix I went on to buy several items that I had not planned on. It's always a pleasant experience at Publix because it is such a first class organization and I've always enjoyed shopping there. I look forward to a call advising me that my product is in.

Always clean , we'll stocked and the people are very helpful and friendly. Plus the deli makes great sandwiches

I ordered two 8" round cakes from the bakery over the weekend. We were out of town and my hometown Publix is always amazing. I was so disappointed with my experience at Sea Shell Collections. The icing on the cakes did not cover the cakes! It was not iced well at all. I had guests make comments about it, which was incredibly embarrassing. The cake was also pretty crooked on the cardboard. I assumed you could count on all Publix bakeries.

We ordered a wedding cake from here for this past weekend at the Pensacola Beach Hilton. I have never been more disappointed. The bride was devastated. The cake ordered was to be a 3 tiered mint green ombre with cascading seashells on the cake. What was delivered was a 3 tiered cake that had a pastel yellow bottom, a white with a hint of yellow center and a white topper. After 4 trips into store of which one included bringing in a bridemaids dress for exact color and was told no need for that mint green is a pretty standard color . Was told over phone multiple times we are on same page everything was taken care of. Obviously someone didnt know what mint green color looked like. Yes the manager was called, yes she offered to make a new cake at 4pm and the wedding is at 5pm with a wreck on the bridge. With the manager agreeing the cake did look yellow but it was a mint green , something to do with the lighting. All the vendors looking at this cake said no its yellow. Trust me this cake was not the talk of the evening for being amazing. A bride was devastated and I was furious. The Hilton stepped up tried to camouflage it with lighting. Thank you to the Hilton for being so concerned for the feelings of the bride. Never again. Beyond disappointed with this Publix. Update: After the wedding, making contact with my comments to Publix they did offer to make this mistake right. With that thank you Publix.
