Was able to pick up everything I needed. All the employees went out of there way to serve us and help take us to the item in question. A wonderful place to shop. The store is always clean and tidy.

A BIG Shout out to Publix on University Pkwy. I bought a salad and when I got back to work to eat it well let's just say the lettuce had seen better days! I called up there to maybe have them take it off the shelf because I would hate to have someone else spend $8 to find the same thing. The manager delivered me a fresh salad to my work! Now that's customer service right there! Go Publix!

Coke life is sold here..green labeled bottles with natural sweetener contains about. 98 calories. If you seek a product and Don't find it. You ask manager to add it in the. Store. Clerks are happy. to help costumers.

To start off, I love Publix. Best grocery store here in Florida. This Publix is absolutely not like any other Publix. If you want to go to a store where there is only ever one lane open even if the store is almost full. Your business is all about customer service and making sure they leave happy, but how can you do that when you won't even help them. You just send everyone to the self checkout which ruined this Publix.

Officially extremely disappointed.. went to the deli twice, to attempt to get a sandwich. The girl was there alone for the sandwiches on a Saturday night for starters, they tried to get a guy who clearly doesn't work sandwiches to help.. he stood there for 5 minutes talking to an employee before I walked away. Came back 5 minutes later, still one girl. I've been in line for 15 minutes already. Publix was know for their great customer services so I came here not expecting anything but, extremely disappointed. Definitely won't come here again. could be a great store if run correctly...
