This is a nice hotel with easy access to the main highways and the airport.  The staff  is  generally friendly and helpful.  Housekeeping was not up to standard, though.  We had to request an extra hand towel (which didn't come);  when we arrived there were no toiletries in the bathroom; the carpet in the room wasn't very clean and not vacuumed once during our 5 day stay; neither was the bathroom floor cleaned.  As for the welcome letter I received upon arrival, the macaroons mentioned never arrived and the letter was written in poor grammar.  Except for the above, a pleasant stay.

Our room was very attractive, clean and comfortable.  was able to get a good nights sleep.  Hotel reservation personnel were very professional, polite and friendly.  They quickly addressed any and all of our concerns.

The hotel is in a decent area and was clean. I was not impressed with the room itself as it felt dated. The hotel is near the airport and you can have a great view of the planes landing and taking off. If you are sensitive to noise, this might not be the hotel for you. You will need to pay for parking, so keep that in mind as a cost factor. Staff was friendly and a coffee shop is located in the lobby. The hotel also has a bar.

Love it! 
Impeccable service, calming decor, elegant entryway. The beds are comfortable and the staff is attentive and courteous. 
It's convenient to the airport and the views are lovely as well. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful lobby area with a definite upscale feeling. The feeling is carried through to the room. It falls short from there. Pillows and bedding are top quality, but the mattress was well past it's life. It gets worse. The mattress was so worn out I felt like I was rolling to the center. I felt the springs even though I was was covered by a mattress cover. Another short coming was the sheets. The sheets were not fitted and came off the bed often. Other than the bed and the TV (very old flat screen) the room was very current and comfortable.
