Extremely hard beds and extremely squishy pillows, if you want a nice sleep book somewhere else. During my visit they forgot to service my room at least once and I found a long hair in the kitchen they apparently left when they cleaned the room one day. The room was hot and muggy everyday I returned unless I turn the air down and they didn't clean my room. If you would like clean towels you apparently have to go and trade yours in at the front desk according to their signed and from my experience; just like a pool bar. The microwave clock was extremely bright and if you want it dark ish room I suggest you place a towel over it like I have in the attached image. Lastly don't expect customer service as I indicated the built-in shampoo and conditioner were empty, the front desk person said okay and proceeded on with their business. Even assuming that I was one of 10 guess you should still ask for one's room number to provide confidence in the guests thinking that you have things under control. So I offered the room number at which point she actually wrote it down and then proceeded to tell somebody about it. What I got back to the room it was corrected but one wonders whether if I said anything if it would have been correct it at all. This hotel is apparently new and if you would like to stay here I would suggest waiting at least a year and perhaps you will wake up without back pain then and the staff will know to learn how to be polite.

Its amazing wonderful staff beds are like sleeping on clouds so amazingly soft. Once you get in it you don't want to get out. Also every room has a kitchen full suze fridge dishes dishwasher stove microwave everything you need all you supply is food items. Bathroom comes with shampoo and conditioner and body wash in shower regular sized bottles. This is a hotel i would highly recommend..

Staff was very accommodating. Hotel was spotless at all times. Our room was nice. We found out rooms are cleaned upon request for 2 day stays.Had a small issue with getting our room cleaned in a timely manner, but it was resolved very quickly. Management and staff were on top of their game when it came to customer service.

Check in was a breeze. Lobby nice and bright. Safety features such as using key to operate elevator. Room clean. Full kitchen. Walking distance to dinning. Close to airport. Walmart and banking within 5 miles. Covered free parking

Helpful, friendly staff and the cleanest rooms you could imagine! Full kitchen including plates, cups, silverware, etc. Just beautiful! Would recommend to anyone!!
