Great hotel. The rooms are large and the staff is really nice. The beds are very comfortable. The pool area is also very nice, but the sunbeds are a bit worn down. Great that they offer free transport to the airport and restaurants within three miles. The only thing that is a bit inconvent is that it is not very practical to get to downtown or Miami beach. Oh, and it is also not very convenient to walk around in the area around the hotel because of large roads/highways.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed one night and shortly after arriving I received a text from Claudia making sure we were happy with our room. Everyone was very courteous. The bartender in the downstairs bar was very welcoming and attentive. We had dinner at the bar and it was delicious. I wish we were in the area more so we could stay another night in the spacious room. These guys know how to do it right. Nice job!

We recently stayed at this Cambria Hotel & Suites before leaving on our cruise.  We picked this hotel based on reviews and wanted to add our own.  The staff was very pleasant and helpful.  The rooms were clean and comfortable.  We knew the location would not allow us  to walk anywhere, however, they have a shuttle that will take  you to near by malls.  The driver was very nice and helpful.  My husband needed a battery for his watch so the driver took us to a jewelry store for a replacement. I would highly recommend this hotel for people leaving on cruises.

We had a great time they had a shuttle bus that would take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The room was nice a little small but nice. The only down side is that the hallways to the rooms are extremely cold and if you're just getting out of the pool then you will freeze trying to get to your room.

So, I checked in in this hotel. The staff named Jonathan was so rude, I did not like his service. I just asked about the member benefits, and if I can grab something to drink. And he just didn’t respond in a nice way. Plus the housekeeper, knocked 4 times. And my check out time is 1PM. I already said that I am going to checkout around that time. But she keeps bothering me a lot. What i love about this hotel, is the room was nice and clean. It’s big. And affordable.. I still want to go to this hotel but I hope there’s some changes to the staffs.
