I made an appointment with them after they rescheduled my original appointment to a time I couldn't make.  They sent me a reminder of the appointment beforehand. I went and they said there was no doctor there that day and they don't know why I was scheduled for that time. What a waste of my time! I could have made other plans, than going to an office for no reason! This is not the first time they rescheduled me, but this was ridiculous. In my normal appointments with them, I have never found them kind or to listen well.

They took 2 weeks to cash a check. Then when my account was compromised  and had to be closed, they charged a fee. Tried contacting them soon after the account close and they said I had no balance. The billing dept. is separate from the office I attended and there was constant miscommunication. Be aware of this group. Donna and Christine in the billing dept. lack in customer service skills and give you misleading information. Do not trust them.

Avoid this place at all cost. Their business practices are manupulating. My insuranced approved 2 visits and they scheduled a consult and another visit for the following month because they said they were filling in too quickly. After my second visit they scheduled me too see a representative to get the CPap rental and some time later to figure out if the settings were correct. Then I get a series of bills and I find out with Tricare that they had not approved some of the visits. The clinic failed to check to see the approval date on the referral. When I call billing they told me that I was responsible. That it was between me and the insurance. Do not waste your time or money. I'm still getting bills in April when I return the machine in November.
