My father's was sent to this facility after he had his second stroke. I had to move out of state, before I moved they we're doing physical therapy with him. He was able to walk up and down the hallways. Well I just recently pick him up for a day visit. He can't even stand up on his legs. He sits in wheel chair all day!!! This is not right...

Night time shifts could be better but Mrs. Angie and others there are very professional and know exactly what they are doing. They care. Some of the workers care and are so sweet and try to make it a warm comfortable place for patients. I've been there for 8 weeks, then two 6 week terms of care. I had some sort of mental break down and left but that ended up all my fault. I'm actually very scared to go anywhere else. But family should always ask questions if the patient isn't with right mind and doesn't have the sense to stand up for them selves. But my experience with signature healthcare was what I believe a facility should be like. It's very hard to take care of a mean dementia patient trying to rip a catheter out and beat a small young maybe 120 lb. Girl up for just trying to change him out of soiled clothes and really care for him. But night time shift like a man named ERik that claims he Jewish wears that hat every day was a very horrible person and has no business in that line of business. A nurse or helper albertta has one of the best hearts and takes such sweet care... All in all talk to Mrs.. Angie or miss Shirley and they will get things done!!!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸😇🌸

We have been happy with Everyone with the services that my Aunt has received. From day one to now almost four months in, everyone has been helpful, friendly and most of all, giving their all. My Aunt is deaf and they have done a good job learning some sign language so that they can help her better. We have chosen to make this her home and so far we feel she is in a great safe place. Thanks to thoses who help others!

From people who are very down to earth, imperfect christian folks with a whole lot of common sense. I'll make this as detailed and as quick as possible. Night crew. Horrible! it takes them between 30-45 up to an hr. to get a room where the panic button is being pushed every 5 to 7 min. I know. I did it. And this happened from Dec 23 thru Jan 6. Day Crew much better. But still had issues with getting them to right doc orders for doctors orders. Very dirty rooms. One night a RN so they claimed, no name tag, very bad hygiene left some pharmacy drawers open in front of me and just walked away......11:30 p.m. at night. sssooo I'm standing there thinking to myself....WTF! broken wheelchairs that drag elderly peoples feet across the floor. Only saw a Doc 2 times while he was there. ( This is my father in law by the way 70 yrs old) UUUmmm. When we finally got to see a nurse 2 nights later. He said wow I never even looked at his chart. I was begging and pleading for him to have his compression pumps for his legs because he wasn't receiving the proper physical therapy that his doctor from Shands ordered. They said sorry. We can't write up a doctors order. Wait a minute an RN can't put in an order for an order that is already on the chart from a previous doctor......B.S...We had to finally go in and bath him ourselves. FOUR DAYS LATER!!! because people kept saying yep were doing it today...and it just never happened. Let's see so many bad things...Anyways my husband busted in to Administrators meeting just get a hold of someone....we'll...it got there attention a little. We have them being looked into. Hopefully the New Administrator?/Director whatever...HI!!! it's us the Crowder family! Don't wanna throw your name out there all of you who sat at the table with us.Do your job and make it a better place like you promised. Anyways Jan 6 my father in law who is mitral valve prolapse / with no real physical therapy , until made a big deal by family. And in beginning stages we find out later of pneumonia due to not moving him to a warmer room which was requested as well. ( he just got over pneumonia a month before) they were aware of that also. Anyways Jan 6 hit panic button for 40 min. Nurse came ,he said he could not breath, she turned lights out said go to sleep. hits button again. this goes on for a couple hrs the give a pill he feels loopy. calls us at 11:30 p.m CALL THE AMBULANCE !!! . We had just left him there at 7 p.m or so. We had to man that place all day, like everyday between our jobs and everything else!...most times someone always being there THANKGOD! cause he would have died in there no doubt! Anyways my husband rushes to O.P hospital and my father isn't there yet. We live 15 min away, they are one block away from the hospital. My father law said the next day after they gave him the pill it was real foggy. We think he called 911 himself cause nurse never showed up. Anyways all of this is being looked into. Most day staff pretty good. Night horrible! Watch after your loved ones in there!!!

First of all I only put 1 star because I wanted to write a hand written review.. I would give them a ZERO !!!! DO NOT leave your loved ones with these inconsiderate negligent people!!! My grandmother was here until unfortunately has been admitted to hospice! Week one: was admitted to hospital for being overdosed on a pain patch that was administered by one of the nurses at the facility.. She had a kidney infection and UTI at this point.. As my grandmother worked harder and harder to regain health she DID !! She was doing amazing and being so responsive ! But unfortunately we had to send her back over once she got better.. 2 days went by and we received a phone call that she was not responding and unconscious!!! Being overdosed AGAIN !!! I don't know exactly what they have going on but they are the reason she is breathing through a mask, on hospice awaiting her time. These people need to be shut down and reported and investigated ! I hope this review helps a lot of people open their eyes and go somewhere your family and loved ones will be safe !
