I can't say enough good things about PUPs.  I am a first time dog owner who happened to pick the Alpha puppy of the litter and was, quite honestly, in over my head.  But with the training help of Dan and Anna, and the socialization opportunities and love she is given at PUPs, my Frenchie Isabelle couldn't be doing better.  She loves people and other dogs.  And with the training (and follow-up training tips) she and I were given, I am constantly receiving compliments about how well trained she is.

I used PUPS Pet Club boarding service for the first time last weekend and had a great experience. I have two dogs, one of which is an older rescue and has had trouble being boarded in the past. PUPS offers an alternative to traditional boarding, the dogs actually go home with staff members. I found this to be way better for my dogs, they normally take a day or so to get back to "normal" after boarding, but they were perfectly happy when we returned. I would highly recommend boarding at PUPS, especially if you have a nervous pet like I do. I dealt directly with the owner Dan, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He really made me feel like my dogs were in good hands, which made me able to enjoy my vacation! PUPS made the entire process even more convenient by picking my dogs off after I left and dropping them back off in my apartment before I returned, which is complimentary if you live in the 320 building! I will absolutely be using PUPS again for my boarding and grooming needs. I have not used them for grooming yet, but the groomer I used to go to actually just moved to PUPS and he is amazing. If you have a pet who is not totally comfortable with grooming, ask for Pablo. He is the only groomer in Chicago that my grumpy Pomeranian will tolerate!

My dog, Jennie, and I were invited to a Paws event and I knew the way she currently behaved with other dogs and some people, the event would not be fun for Jennie or I so I contacted Dan for training. After our training I couldn't believe how great she behaved and how much fun she had the event as well as how much fun she has at the dog park. Just seeing her play and interact with other dogs is great! I have the dog I always wanted. Dan's staff is amazing as well. We love going in to say hi and buy treats.

PUPS sucks, They lie about things happening in the facility and why it happened. Every time I go there it's a new staff so I assume they can't keep employees. I'll never recommend this place to anyone & I'll never go back.
