This place is my first introduction to Pure Barre, and I am addicted! The workouts are not intensely aerobic, and the exercise is very low-impact, which I love. We do a lot of work on toning and flexibility, which is exactly what I am looking for. My posture and balance has already improved after 1 month! I just wish they had specials and discounts more often, because I'm not sure how long I can afford to attend these classes at full price

I love Pure Barre! The workouts are great; low impact, high intensity, and lots of shake. Every instructor brings something different to the barre. I have really enjoyed Jade, Anna, and Leia's classes and am looking forward to trying more.  The changes I have seen in my body in such a short time will keep me coming back for more.

My favorite place to work out at! When I'm at the studio I feel at home :) Convenient location, amazing, personable, dedicated trainers, and a beautiful studio. Pure Barre has completely changed the way I view working out and as a result I have never felt better about my figure. Highly recommend trying out a class here if you are looking to tone your body and feel great after with a great friendly community!

Pure Barre has truly changed my life. After struggling with an eating disorder for much of my adolescence, I needed a form of exercise that encouraged women to be strong instead of just skinny. I started attending classes spring of 2017 and I have gotten so much healthier not only physically, but also mentally; Pure barre was extremely influential in my road to recovery. I’m so incredibly thankful for the community of strong women pure barre has provided me with and I truly can’t imagine my life without it.
