Today's business world of constant communication and frequent travel requires the fitness of an athlete. But making time for a fitness regimen can be a challenge. Ross has the solution.

The Och Fitness Center offers an accessible, professional, and affordable facility to help make health and wellness a regular part of your business routine.

Membership is open to all students, faculty, and staff of the Ross School of Business and the Law School. Membership includes access to the gym, use of our locker rooms, private lockers and gym towels, as well as participation in our group workout classes. We have excellent personal trainers on staff who can also conduct personalized private training sessions as well as work with you to resolve physical pain through massage therapy.
