I’m so thankful that after years of seeing this gym in my community, I finally decided to give it a try - and I’m so glad I did. After a few months at MOVE, I am feeling so much stronger and enjoying my workouts so much more. The coaches truly care and work very hard to give a personalized experience - the little things like greeting you with energy to remembering your name create such a rich experience. The workouts are very creative and challenge you in a good way. I feel comfortable working out at MOVE as it is a women’s only community and everyone is so supportive of each other. Thank you MOVE, for all that you do! Your members appreciate you!!
Joining MOVE is one of the best investments I've ever made in myself. The group classes initially appealed to me as a way to stay accountable without the expense of a personal trainer. I was pretty clueless on my first day, but it only took a few classes for my gym anxiety to transform into a bit of confidence. Now, I look forward to every class. What I appreciate most about MOVE is the programming. Get Strong is an incredibly efficient 60 minute workout. The programs are designed to strengthen holistically, so showing up regularly allows you to develop many different functional areas. The changes to my body have been remarkable in all ways - strength, mobility, how it looks, how it feels, how it performs in other activities... the list goes on. I've also come to love the community and the coaches. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner.
As a woman in her 50s who had never stepped inside a gym before, I can honestly say that MOVE gym gave me the motivation to keep coming back to train. I’m feeling the best I ever have both mentally and physically. The workouts are challenging but fun. The coaches are extraordinary and the sense of community is incredible. It’s never too late to start your strength training journey. Your body will love you for it. Thanks MOVE!
I can’t say enough good things about Coach Emily! In just a short period of time, she’s helped me see real improvements. She is an incredible coach who not only knows her stuff but also genuinely cares about her clients’ progress. Every session with her is motivating, and she always pushes me to do my best while making sure I’m using proper form and technique. Emily takes the time to understand my fitness goals and tailors each workout to fit my needs. Her energy is contagious, and she creates a positive and encouraging environment that makes you want to keep coming back. I’m so grateful to have her as my coach! Highly recommend!
Move Fitness Club is amazing. Amazing facilities and a great environment. Friendly, supportive, and awesome coaches and a clean and comfortable gym for everyone, especially for a beginner like me. Not having exercised ever before I was worried, but when I met and got to know all the coaches I knew this was the right place, especially Belinda Kiriakou, the General Manager. She is professional yet kind, patient, and understanding. Her encouragement has given me the confidence to start this program. After one short month, I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with continued training and encouragement, I will continue getting good results and attain my goal. Thank you Move Team!!
After trying out several fitness studios in the area, I can definetly say this is one of my favorites. The classes and programs designed perfectly—they push you without feeling overwhelming, making them enjoyable to follow. The trainers and entire team are putting in the effort to ensure members have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating environment to reach their fitness goals.
MOVE fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellness. Belinda, the GM, along with the rest of the coaching staff are so knowledgeable and welcoming, they really make you feel comfortable and supported. With zero previous weight training experience, they helped me building strength at my own pace and I love that they modify exercises based on any injuries you may have. They go above and beyond. I 100% recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
I've been going to MOVE for about two months now and I notice a major positive change in my strength and mobility. Not only that, I actually look forward to going! I never thought I would say that about a gym but it's true! There is a wonderful sense of community and the space and people are so welcoming. It's such a great place and I am so happy I joined! I highly recommend MOVE.
Belinda has been such an inspiration as the GM of this location! From the first time I entered their doors I felt so welcome and supported in a judgement free zone. Working out in public can be nerve wracking, but the team at Move are such cheerleaders - it’s empowering!
In town for a month and joined Move because of its facility and small size. Don’t expect a big box gym but instead a great warehouse like facility that focuses on function. Friendly female oriented environment where folks respect that you’re there to train and not get hit on.
