This is the worst place in the world. I brought my ps4 here because I was told they could fix the repair. Upon getting my system back it did not properly work. When I asked for a refund(which on the receipt says I have up to 30 days for a full refund) they were only offering to give me $60, out of the $211 purchase. So, after calling numerous times they finally offered to give me half of my funds and and to give me my game, or keep the system and give me a full refund. I agreed to half. Now I get my game home and its worst than even before, as if they took everything out of the system itself. I pray to God that nobody has this issue with these guys. I don't wish bad on anyone I can't see how they could be doing business like this. I am very disappointed.

The guys are very friendly and helpful. I have taken my Mac there twice (SSD and SATA cable) when I got it back the second time there was quite a few scuffs on the computer. Also, be sure to ask for a quote on how much it will cost. Labor is $40 for under half an hour and $70/hr

We have taken 2 laptops in and one desktop CPU...  service was fantastic!  Everything was done quickly and efficiently.  Wonderful recommendation for Anti-Virus Software and once installed is great, catches EVERYTHING the Norton and Mc do not!  All computer problems were solved and they all run fantastically!  What is even better is that the repair charges and software charges were very reasonable!  We definately recommend Puter Pros and will take any of our machines back to them for any future repairs and/or upgrages!  Thank you Puter Pros!!
