I wanted to like this place. The woman is nice, but she is a completely incompetent seamstress. First time I had a zipper replaced, but when I picked it up, I got home and noticed that didn't didn't close up the fabric around the top, just left rough fabric and loose strings! I took it back, and they fixed it, so I thought I would give them another chance: I brought a dress to be hemmed. We measured the dress in the shop on my body, but when I picked it up, not only was it still 3 inches too long/not at all the length we measured, but there were long loose threads hanging here and there, not only that but she hemmed it on a machine, and now there is a seam at the bottom of the dress...all this for $27!

They got a stain out of a jacket that no one else could! I do my dry cleaning for work here and also got a pair of pants redone because the seams were coming undone. They do it all so well! And are so kind about it! Will be telling my friends at work about this place

Started using this place for cleaning and some basic tailoring when we moved here last year. All has been done well and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend for the basics. Not sure about more complex tailoring yet, but will give them a chance.

Easy in and out. Experienced dry cleaner with friendly staff! Super accommodating and goes the extra mile: Adding a snap closure or resewing a loose button to garment without request. Super! Have been customer for over 15 yrs.

The best cleaners I have been to in Seattle. They always do a great job with my clothes and frequently have been able to get out apparently permanent stains. On top of that they have low prices and are efficient and polite.

Definitely recommend this place.
