Very professional and friendly staff. Will have your items on time when you need them and are not overly price. They also do stitching and will fix buttons or rips in your clothes for a good price. There store doubles as a UPS drop off location if you need to mail any items

Wonderful customer service! My coat was heavily stained with ink, and they got nearly all of it out, providing timely service all the while.

No complaints. My clothing came back clean and in good condition. The employees were also friendly and helpful both times I stopped in. They have prices about on par with the average in the area, if not slightly cheaper. I will probably continue to use their services – they're only about a block from the U Street metro and are on the 14th Street bus lines, so it's easy to stop by there on your way home.
