We enjoyed Quail Crossing RV park the stay was nice and quiet and a good country feel. It was a little pain with some bass fish in it was fun to help relax. Overall the property was pretty well-maintained the only reason why I did not get 5 stars is that there were no concrete sites everything was on River Rock which made things interesting. I would go back I like the place, little out of town expect about a 20-minute drive in for groceries and such.

This is a family-owned RV park that is disorganized to the most extreme of descriptions. There is a woman that works in the office by the name of Beth that likes to twist the information that she gives you in order to lure you to their property. The office looks like it should be on the show Hoarders which definitely impacts the way that she runs the office. Their ads online are very deceiving. Because the cabins they have for rent are not offered for the advertised price and do not include all bills paid as they say. There is a cap on the electricity and you will be charged additionally! They also have a very discriminatory rule that each individual must obtain a driver's license whether they drive or not. Do not be fooled by this low-end properties misrepresentation of their rules and offers! The one and only thing going for them is that the cabins were Simply Clean. That is less than the very least a customer can ask for.

I found that this is actually a small community of its own. Although people can come for a day, week or month at a time, everyone is friendly and helps one another. This is a peaceful getaway from the stressors of city life! Only wish I have is that I could go and stay forever😆.

The owners of this park, checked us in the park telling us that children and dogs were allowed. Mind you that they charged us 50 more dollars a month because we had children. We have been here two weeks now and the mother and two daughters have done nothing but complain about our children playing in the park and approached us today and stated that if we wanted to stay in the park, our two children would have to play on the grass strip in between trailers and no where else. (They have an open field with plenty of space which is off limits.) If you have children, please be aware of random wasp and hornet nests in bushes and rv hook-ups. Two little boys were stung several times last night. If you are looking for a place to bring your family and expect to enjoy yourself, please look else where. These ladies will hen peck you untill you leave. If they wanted a senior park with no kids, they should have said so. Last comment, don't expect to do any BBQing or have a small camp fire, because the ladies forbid it. The only reason they got one star is because Google won't allow a comment without one.

The staff was very friendly throughout the whole visit. During the stay of three months they were able to accommodate our rig which is 40" along with two vehicles. There was no moment where the facilities and campground was not kept clean and well groomed. I would definitely stay at this RV park again in the future and recommend it to others.
