Second time purchasing from Quality Auto Mall, Rutherford, NJ and I couldn't be more satisfied. No games, knowledgeable staff, large inventory and great pricing. Tim and Mike were pleasant to work with-no hard sales tactics, no uncomfortable waits, no stringing along. Pleasant experience overall.

Great dealership...felt no pressure when I visited multiple times...worked with Mike Brennan...found the Ford Explorer that had all the features I was looking for and the color I wanted.  He answered my many, many questions about the car and about leasing (my 1st time leasing).  The experience was a very easy and pleasant experience which is not usually what I've experienced with other dealers.  Very satisfied. =)

I went in to test drive a Focus ST, of which there are 4 on the lot, according to the inventory on the website. I am a qualified lessee looking to get into a new vehicle. However, George informed me that I could not go on the test drive because the one car he attempted to let me drive "had a dead battery." After his attempt to contact the mechanics to get it jump started, I was informed that the mechanics took the jump starter to service a car offsite. How does a dealership only have one battery jumper? Do they not have jumper cables? Or did they take me for a fool? Needless to say, I am extremely pissed off by the way I was treated at this dealership and my business will be taken elsewhere. It is extremely disconcerting that I went in to look for a new car and was told to come back tomorrow to test drive a vehicle. This is highly unprofessional and is a mark of terrible customer service. I cannot trust a dealership that does this to its customers and I believe that you shouldn't either.... Thanks for your holiday spirit!!!!

we had a great experience with Quality auto mall. The salesman was very courteous and very helpful. Our salesman Danny D.. is very very good at what he does. My spouse and I are forever customers with Quality Auto Mall. Keep up the great work....

Great experience as always! There is a reason my family and I continue to go back to Quality! Highly recommend to all my friends and coworkers. Great sales staff as well as customer service. Never had a question unanswered and all staff had time for me and never rushed any decision needed to be made. Great people and great service! Don't miss out!
