I recently visited two of their locations them in their Moonachie and their Staten Island location. The shared hospitality and professionalism throughout the company is impeccable. I’ve never been to a dealership where I felt more at home than this one. The amount of vehicles they have an inventory and how well they are maintained is very impressive. Each vehicle that I’ve seen at both of locations looked as good as the day it probably came off the production line. I ultimately made my decision at the Staten Island location. The staff there was very professional and very kind hearted. The honesty witness is amazing there. The staff recommendations on which vehicle they thought would be best for me was on point After I gave them to description of what I wanted. The staff is very knowledgeable about everything with their Vehicles. I’ve been recommending them to all of my friends and anybody that asks me if I know the dealership I’d highly recommend them again. I know already that I will be back to purchase another vehicle from them.

The customer service at this place was just an addition to their pristine-conditioned cars they have in their garaged showroom. I bought my car from them, and like advertised, there were no hidden fees; just whatever was going to the state dollar for dollar. I worked with Lou and when it came to negotiating, there was no third party involved, it was face to face, not the typical waiting at the desk while they go talk to their manager bs. I negotiated my best price and after all that, he pointed out a tiny door ding that I didn't even see and said he would take care of it before i pick up the vehicle. The service continued after i picked up the vehicle with a follow up text wondering how i was liking the car and by what day my plates would be ready for pick up. customer for life!

Lou gave the best service in the world. I am recommending him to everyone I know. He was very supportive, very honest, an amazing communicator, just overall a pleasure to work with. Lou sent me pictures of the car to my phone, sent me photo updates when she was detailed, helped me out with my bank. I couldn't ask for a more trust worthy person to work with, he is willing to work with customers and pull out all the stops. He even kept the shop open past hours for me to travel from my job in Queens New York. I cant say or recommend them enough, but I wouldn't buy another used car from anyone but him. Six months ago, I bought a 2013 BMW at the Staten Island NY location for my wife…and eventually it will be for my daughter. Staff suggested the perfect car I was looking for. Safe, had enough bells and whistles, and was for under the amount I intended to spend. Walked in not planning on buying – just shopping ….and left getting a great deal on a great car! I will be back for my next purchase. No reason to go anywhere else. Great buying experience! Have had no issues whatsoever with the car.

Recently purchased a Chevy Sonic from Bergen County Auto Group. I had been to several dealerships looking for a car. I had the best experience here. Braulio and Lou were great and they made the process hassle-free. The car was very well kept and neat. Amazing experience. Will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a purchase. Five Stars!
