I purchased a van from Auction Direct in December. When i notified the owner that the van was unable to pass the NY safety inspection, he agreed to pay the for the repair so the van could pass the safety. I appreciated his willingness to help me multiple times over the phone to help me get the van repaired.

Awful experience. Staff (heavy set Hispanic) made me feel uncomfortable when talking about my interest in a car I saw on the internet. Too pushy and rude. Jumped in the car put the car in reverse and it jumped into gear got right out of the car and walked away. Told me the car had warranty. What good is a warranty if I'm buying a car with issues? To the salesman there, please be a little bit more friendly and accommodating to potential buyers. And for any potential buyers stay away from from this place.

Awesome! I am tbe Owner of Ben Franklin Group, Electrical and HVAC Contractor in Denver Colorado. These guys had great pricing, and a hard to find vehicle.  I fly there for Denver Colorado with one of my employees and drove the vehicle back. For Jersey City (lol) they are top notch

Picked up a 2008 sorento and have been driving it everywhere we want to go. The deal went smoothly and i love my sorento. The wife's new snow vehicle. Thanks auction direct.

I went over there to check out this pick up truck that they posted as " very good and clean truck, wit no issues".  When I got over there I looked under the hood and the frame of the truck.  To my surprise, there were big holes and a lot of rust all over..  They tried to hide the rust with very big flares to cover the big holes on the body of the truck.  after looking more carefully, I found more holes on the muffler.  and when I stared the truck it was so loud that i left as fast as I could.  BUYERS!!!!!  BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!!!!!!  DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!!
