The receptionist was helpful and nice. Rooms were quiet and clean. The side door card reader didn't work so it required quick walks around as it was cold but that's no big deal. The outside stinks from the local farms but again not a big deal since once your inside everything is great. Everything in the room waiting comfortable, spacious, and didn't feel cheap so it was a relaxing stay. Only downside is the high nitrates in the water but I had a ton of bottled water I brought

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, none of the employees were pleasant.  Every time I went to the front desk I had to track them down.   We were there for an extended time. The room was never cleaned even when requested. We had to change our own bedding and get towels,  tp, etc when we needed it.   The room had a musty odor, the bathroom was not cleaned well before we checked in.  My 18 month old daughter found a syringe and needle on the floor under the desk.  Room keys never worked, had to keep going to the front desk to have them reactivated.  Someone from the front desk used their master key twice to come into our room not knowing we were in there.  The owner is extremely rude and disrespectful!   Drive the extra 10 mins to stay at the comfort inn and suites off the portage exit.  The rates is the same and the rooms are double the size, the staff is very helpful, respectful and there to make your stay comfortable, the hotel is very clean and welcoming, better breakfast selection, and the pool is way nicer and cleaner.

Nice clean hotel bed was comfortable, check in clerk was nice and polite, shower was nice and big, fridge and microwave in room. Overall a good stay for me.
My only down side was small warn towels (not good for a big guy) and the room was way to hot at check in for me.

The blankets were at least clean, actually overall the room was for the most part clean... Accommodations ehh... Nothing for the lady with more than 2 inches of hair that didn't want to fall asleep with a face full of make up or a single black wash cloth in the AM.... I haven't quiet ended the stay yet so maybe it could improve but.... Coffee anyone ?
