Our historic Quality Inn & Suites of Jekyll Island is located 110 yards across the street from the Atlantic Ocean perfect for catching early morning sunrises. If you enjoy basking in the sun, biking on our miles of paved bike trails, or exporing the history of the Jekyll Island Millionaires Club; we have the accomdations to welcome you. At our Quality Inn & Suites, our guests can choose two bedroom suite accomdations boasting 700+ sq ft.Whether you and your guests are biking, geocaching, reuniting with family, getting married, or attending an island festival, we would love for you to make this your home away from home.

My family stayed here in November and we loved it! Some People have really downed this place, but We had no issues AT ALL! The staff was absolutely great they did Everything to make us comfortable and at home. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite it was clean and in order, the hotel is currently renovating so they are working towards perfection! They have forever gained Our Family as guests! We loved it here!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. My family and I stayed here January 5, 2018. The bath handles were connected wrong and my child was just short of scalded with hot water. Then there suddenly was no water, only a drizzle, so that none of us could bathe. The master bedroom in our suite had either gotten wet or had a dead body in it judging by the smell. We both woke up stuffy and with headaches. Probably loaded with black mold. There was a dehumidifier in the room so they knew about the problem and still took our $183. The hotel is under renovation and I’m sure it will be nice when they’re done, but currently nobody should be staying there in a the state it’s in. We had to eat the “complimentary breakfast” which was cereal and muffins in a vacant hotel room. A shady construction worker made a very inappropriate comment to my 15 year old daughter, and Days later I found what are surely bed bug bites on the kids’ legs. We filed a formal complaint and absolutely nothing was done yet.

The website should use current photos of the rooms you are booking in order to portray a more honest picture of what you are getting. Being outdated and renovating is one thing, I don't have a problem with that. Cleanliness would remedy a lot. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. It's obvious they don't mop behind the bathroom door. The housekeeping services are severely lacking. Carpet dirty and stained horribly, keep your shoes on.... Pillows and beds were comfortable. AC worked but the bathroom vent dripped constantly with condensation. We had to keep a towel on the floor to avoid stepping in a puddle. I requested a partial refund due to the lack of housekeeping services and poor conditions of our room. A message was supposed to be left, however my call was not returned. Not surprised. Had I been able to find accommodations elsewhere after seeing our room, we would have left immediately. It put a damper on our vacation.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY. What you see on the internet is NOT what you get. If I could give them a NEGATIVE -1000 I would. I GOT BED BUGS BITES. this place is INFESTED with BED BUGS. They TRIPLE charged my credit card. YES THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES FOR THIS NASTY, FILTHY, BED BUG INFESTED ROOM. The bath tube was stopped up & nasty water was building up on my feet while taking a shower. This place looks & smells like the 1940's took over!! HATED MY STAY. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! AND BY THE WAY THIS HOTEL IS NOT I REPEAT IS NOT BEACH FRONT!!!!!!

while decided whether or not to choose to stay at the quality inn or the holiday inn resort across the street the choice was obvious. we chose to stay at the holiday inn resort. the pricing was $139 [without tax] at quality inn for a Friday night stay or $169 [without tax] at the holiday inn resort directly across the street in jekyll island. the first impression of this quality inn was immediate.. there was a very strong odor when I walked in the door. it was Terrible. i chose to pay more for the holiday inn resort because i couldn't get past the smell of the walk In lobby. i was willing to pay the extra money and glad I did.
