I don’t know whose saying good reviews maybe friends of the owner and/or manager???
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!  Facilities were nasty, carpet horrendous, door leading to outside broken and hard to open and shut. Could see outside. Outside landscaping trashy and over grown. Very dirty. Breakfast room dirty as well. Moldy apple. Got our coffee and couldn’t leave fast enough!  BUYER BEWARE!

Good stay for the price. It was convenient to Savannah and we had no major issues. I do have a few suggestions that would have made the review 5 stars: 1.The pillows need to be replaced when possible. 2. The toilet flushed extremely slowly! (This should be looked at immediately or before the next guest.) 3. I would suggest checking the door lock batteries on  a rotating schedule to prevent guests getting locked out at inconvenient times.

This is the worst hotel ever, the staff there was not up to par. Extremely unexceptionable, blood stains on the wall, my door looked like someone tried to break into my room. I saw roaches in the room and the room had a foul smell  with mildew  and as well as the wall was corroded from water damage where the Television was plugged in. I took a lot of pictures of the room. Housekeeping just walks into your room unannounced. The hotel was very, and I mean very nasty and didn't look anything like the picture that where posted online. I was told by a woman who was working in the dining area. That my daughter's could not take any food to my room,  it was there "hotel policy", that food was not allowed in the rooms, the women stated. The women became belligerent with me, arguing with me in front of other customer's, my children and other people staying there at the hotel. I then went to the front desk to inform them of how I was treated. The women made my daughter cry the way she was talking to me. The employees from Denny's even heard the women screaming at me for the second time. The complimentary breakfast wasn't good at all, I had to end up paying for breakfast at Denny's for my family each day I stayed there at the hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed here. No pets this time. Both stays were very comfortable.  I brought my extra critical adult daughter with me and even she was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. She said she slept better on the beds here than anywhere else.  This will be my first choice in hotels when I stay in Savannah because of it's value, cleanliness, and really comfortable beds.

I’m giving 5 stars because of the hotel quality for the price. One of the cheapest hotels in Savannah and you couldn’t really tell. They are also pet friendly and only charge $20 per night fee I believe. We are staying from Tuesday night to Saturday. (Its Thursday now) and I haven’t been upset about anything. Rooms are clean, smell nice, and all the staff are kind. You can’t hear other guests through the walls and the contential breakfast is nice and I’ve been eating it every morning. Really don’t have anything bad to say!
