The room were not bad for the price... bed had sheets on them with no real blanket!!! Pic shown below !!! Staff friendly !!!You better bring your own toiletry items like soap , lotion, hair dryer, you know the standard items you find in a hotel!!!! we had a two night stay one adult two kids!!!! Our room never got cleaned and we ran out of toilet paper at 830 pm, called the desk and was told we have to wait until the morning to get some!!! Is this a joke or what!!! Then the guy seriously never brought us any . Told us we would have to go out and purchase it our self!!!!! I wish I read the reviews, I will not be a returning guest!!!! Our stay was August 18/20 2017

The location felt unusually private considering the location. Although it's in clear view from the interstate, you'll need good directions to get to it. Our room and the entire building were very clean and minimalistic. The nightly rate is made possible by how little they offer. Kitchen in your room, but you'll need to bring your own pots, pans, and dishes or buy a $30 set from the front desk. No coffee maker. No frills at all. Great for your budget, just don't expect anything other than a place to sleep.

Be aware!! Car thieves target this parking lot trust me I am a victim. I have witness shady people walking around the early morning hours in the parking lot looking into people vehicles.

I'm giving 3 stars only because the front desk staff were SO friendly. Otherwise the hotel it's self isn't the greatest. It did its job but I probably wouldn't stay there again. We stayed 3 nights with our 1.5 year old. When we first got the room we were there 5 minutes and my sons feet were black on the bottom. We asked the front desk to please mop it and they did so immediately without any attitude and took good care of us. I think the whole place overall could be cleaner. My last complaint is that we stayed in a room at the end of the hall right by the highway and the noise level of the trucks and cars and sirens and motorcycles going by kept us up all 3 nights. Besides having wooden blinds, a black out curtain with some better sound proofing would do wonders! It was a cheaper hotel though compared to others around so this could explain why. It wasn't the worst place ever but def not my favorite.

I think we stayed at Woodsprings Suites for a little over 2 months and overall, it was a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in to today when we checked out the staff has been exceptional. JUSTIN was here the most, during our stay, I actually learned his name. There was another gentleman and a couple of ladies that I sadly did not get to know their names but truly everyone was professional yet friendly. It felt like home for awhile.
