Checked in late and requested a late checkout so I could get some extra sleep. The man behind the front desk said yea and told me I could stay no later than 2 pm, which was more time than I needed but was very pleased. So far so good. Got to my room and noticed that one of the bed sheets was very stained and looked disgusting, so I just took it off and slept with what I had. The next morning I get a knock on the door at 11 on the dot from housekeeping. The lady was yelling at the door telling me to leave. I told her I had a late checkout and she left. Two minutes later the same lady and another cleaner were both banging at the door yelling at me again while simultaneously the phone started ringing. I answered the phone and it was the front desk telling me to leave so I told her I had a late checkout while at the same time the door opens up and two ladies are peaking through the chain lock at me and screaming at me to leave while I'm sitting there in my underwear trying to cover myself up. So there I was trying to explain to the front desk that I had a late checkout while yelling at the two ladies to get out at the same time! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! After the ladies shut the door and left the front desk called again and said I had to be out by noon. She said they don't do late checkouts... Hmm well maybe you should explain that to your employees!! Never going back there again!

This hotel needs new management who will provide cleaner rooms and a better and safe way of obtaining credit card information.
