Average hotel with safety concerns. Staff does not adequately maintain hallways at late night/early mornings or take care of safety of guests. Beware of people banging on doors/trying to enter your room and no Management follow-up.

I travel A LOT and this is in the top 3 worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Room hadn't even been vacuumed. The sheets were SO obviously not washed. Our family in the next room had a WET STAIN on their comforter. Like someone had coughed something up on them. Front desk night employee offered ZERO help. Then come the over charges came. Charged more than they quoted over the phone plus some "fees" on top of that. Do not stay here. Seriously, just don't! At least 3 other options within 3 miles or less.

I wish they didn't lock the stairwell at 7 I had to walk around... Good for exercise I guess. The room is pretty small and the view was just plain bad.

I have enjoyed my stays at the Quality Inn & Suites. The Service and Room was worth the price.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The night staff was friendly and helpful. The day staff were very to the point and professional. Not much interaction or pleasantness. The breakfast was good for a motel breakfast. The breakfast room was clean and pleasant. We went to the hot tun and there was so many chemicals in the water it actually ruined our swimming suites, they changed color. We talked to the management and they were very accommodating. They paied for our suites i thought that it was very fair. Over all we had a very goog expereance.
