Quiet, chill add relaxing. My little family is in between house's at the moment. So having this place close by our normal neighborhood has been extremely helpful. Having basically a little studio apartment has been great, considering I didn't want to break the bank. we're not eating out everyday for every meal, I can cook my boys dinner in our room. Stove top burners, no oven (fine with me) fridge (descent size) cupboard storage for dishes and drawers for silverware, a sink to wash our dishes in. Full size bathroom. Little dining area to eat at. Dresser, full closet with iron and full size ironing board. I can honestly say that I'm really comfortable with my family and I staying here for a little bit, until our place is ready. The Staff has been great as well..

Stayed in a newly remodeled room. Seemed a little iffy from outside and check-in process took forever and the gal at the front desk was less than friendly (looked like it had been a long day). Room was nice with exception of no bathroom door (which they did tell us at the desk), but room had probably never been used since remodel. Not sure if we'd stay again, but wasn't bad for when we were there.

I thought I was getting a good deal staying a decently close proximity to Usana Amphitheater. Boy, was I wrong. First off, I was slapped in the face w/ a required $100 security deposit that I was not informed of when I made my original reservation. I had budgeted my finances for a specific amount of money, which this completely screwed me over. It was immediately taken out of my account. The guy at the front desk was completely useless & obviously didn't care & just shrugged me off. I immediately called their corporate office & complained, but once again, was given the runaround. Second, what a sh*thole! There was a sign at the front desk that said "pardon our dust we're remodeling", but this was ridiculous! Our room was trash. Fist holes & who knows what kind of stains in the wall, dirty carpet & blankets, & no trash can! I asked the guy at the front desk for one, but he said all he could provide was a trash bag. Once again, he was useless. I went down to get a bag & there wasn't a soul in sight! I was so worried about the security deposit that we collected our own garbage in gas station grocery store sacks & hoped that we wouldn't be blamed for the holes/stains. When we went to check out, there wasn't anyone at the front desk. I just placed the keys on the desk & left. Unless you're extremely desperate, don't stay here. This is a dishonest business & is a huge, disgusting rip off. I've received much better customer service & more hospitable accommodations at much cheaper motels. If I could give them a 0 stars, I would. Stay away. Stay far, far away.

Room was dirty and had a bad smell, when I went to check in I waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged while the front desk lady was in the back making personal conversation, I had to say something for someone to come help me. The shower had hair in it from the previous person staying in the room and the hotel looks very ran down. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're getting a good deal on it like 40$ a night (which still isn't worth it). There's local motels that are better. They charge a 100 deposit also to stay in their dirty rooms.

The room had no bathroom door, never told us. Room was not properly cleaned, we had clean bedding, bathroom had urine on side of toilet, mold in tub, a candy bar smooshed under alarm clock. All of the floors were not mopped after last guest. They were remodeling all of downstairs. You do not get towels everyday. The day time staff were nice and helpful, the young lady at night was rude and not good at customer service. The price is good, that's about it. It's a place dirtier than your own home.
