Terrible experience. Their truck was so small, they had to make three trips to move all my stuff into a 3-bedroom house. Each round trip takes at least an hour, an I paid $125/hour for their time. 1. They damaged my refrigerator trying to get it through the front door because they didn't think to remove the water hose from it beforehand. Now, it has an ugly dent at eye level right in the front, and the screen door on my old house doesn't close well anymore. 2. They put a deep, ugly gouge on the top of my dining room table because they didn't use sufficient padding to protect it. Now, I have to pay to have that repaired. 3. They leaned a headboard unprotected against the wall in my bedroom and left a scratch and gouge in my freshly painted wall. 4. Although I asked them to wipe their feet before entering my new house, their dirty shoes left stains on my brand new carpet. 5. They estimated a total time of 3 hours for the move and cost of $424.63. After a day and a half of their time, they charged me a total of $1790, and this was after deducting $144 for damage to my property, which will cost me much more than that to repair. Definitely NOT a Quality outfit. In spite of what the owners say below, I did bring the damage to their attention when they asked me to pay. I told them I wanted them to repair all the damage before I paid them. Also, despite what they claim, they did NOT warn me about damaging my refrigerator before going through the front door. If they had removed the water hose beforehand as they should have, there would not have been any damage. There was much carelessness on their part as evidenced by my smashed weather station and the fact they carried off some of my tools that they borrowed during the move. Paying 60 cents per pound for a damaged refrigerator and dining room table is a joke.

Arrived on time and did great work. Zeke did an awesome job and finished under the time frame. Very professional - great service overall. I wasn't sure I would get a mover in time but Jude worked hard to help me out and send someone over! Great customer service. Thank you for making my transition into Albuquerque that much smoother!

Quality Movers helped us out of a major problem. The previous movers we hired several weeks earlier didn't show up and we were left on Saturday afternoon scrambling trying to find someone for a Sunday move. Jude Sr answered the phone, asked a few questions and said no problem we'll be there at 8:00 am. We were hoping they would show up and when 8:02 came the driver called saying he was 5 minutes away. We were so relieved! The three men, Matt, Jude Jr and Christopher were very professional, they were so upbeat, and friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about these guys. We had a lot to move and they did it quickly and efficiently. I would 100% recommend these guys to do your next moving job. Excellent employees, excellent company and they will do what they say they will do. Thanks for making this move so much easier!

These guys were awesome! I needed a POD unloaded and from first call to final payment every step was professional and far above average. It was obvious from the first call that this company is professional and understands that customer service keeps them in business. This was move #52 for me. What a rare treat to have 2 guys capable of unloading and placing furniture using logic and fore-thought about turning corners and placing heavy pieces. A narrow door was measured and removed to make room to wedge in a washer and dryer with no fuss and never a complaint. Moving is hard work and these guys had such a good attitude and sincere cheerfulness that my stress level dropped to zero early in the process. The job was completed faster than expected and I was charged accordingly. You guys were worth every penny! Thanks Quality Movers! I will share your contact with anyone in the area needing reliable honest movers!

Ruben and Gregory were very professional, worked well, got our stuff moved with ease, these guys are the best!!, it was a late evening for them they were enthusiastic and great workers.
