I have used Quality Safe and Lock on a number of occasions. Each time, they were very professional and prompt. I have recommended them to friends who were also extremely pleased with their services.

I had a wonderful experience with Quality Safe & Lock. I needed them to change all locks on a house on the same day I called, and they were able to accommodate that request. I live out of state, and they even mailed the new keys to my home. Every person I spoke with was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend their business.

I traveled to the opposite side of town twice to have key copies made. Each time the keys failed to work. Additionally, please note that not only did they increase the price from that which was quoted on the phone prior to my first visit, they refused to tender a refund. I visited another, more reputable vendor, paid less, and got the right key the first time. So much for supporting this business. Instead of supporting a business because it is monority owned and operated, I will stick to service built upon quality and integrity.

I was lied to and the work was poor quaity. At least they smiled in my face if that is worth anything good. Can't go back and waste any more money tho.
