Attempted to hire this company to install buzzer locks at my properties. When I asked the gentleman who came to take pictures how long it would take to get an estimate back. "Well, i'll be honest, the ladies are pretty slow, so i'll do my best to get it to ya as quick as possible" My first phone call to the company was 3 days after the photos were taken. A woman answered, I asked about my estimates, the response I got was "They haven't been turned in yet.." Next phone call was 4 days after that to where the same woman responded with "The lady who types everything up is out but she will be back tomorrow" Final phone call, 4 days after that one, same woman, says "The lady who types everything up is out she will be back tomorrow..." Im like you said that to me 4 days ago. She says oh, well I must not be talking about your hotel then and puts me on hold. Comes back 15 mins later on the phone and begins to mumble and babble as if she knows what she's talking about. When I asked "what?" In a confused state, she began to repeat everything she mumbled but this time in the same tone as a 10 year old child! I was dumbfounded that this is who this company has answering their phones and handling their business. IF YOU DIDN'T WANT TO DO THE JOB, BE PROFESSIONAL AND SAY NO THANK YOU. Instead of charging people for estimates you were going to do nothing with in the first place!

Made two copies of a house key for $2 a key. Was in an out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have been loyal to that other locksmith (largest in Memphis) for half a century. But after the owner died, the quality went downhill fast. Now I am with Town and Country and couldn't be more pleased. This is the type of service I am accustomed to and can only be found through locally owned businesses. I have used them five or six times and they have never failed to impress me.

The people working here are awesome. I had to make them charge me for a key I desperately needed because they tried to help me for free! Just great people. So nice and very knowledgeable.
