I usually have my car washed a couple times s week, especially when the roads are salty.. However the last several time I’ve been here the thoroughness of job has definitely been bad. Yesterday’s visit was I think my last. My car barely got wet except for the pretreatment the attendant gives at the start. No detergent or rinse chemicals ever touched my car. The two guys drying spent about 20 seconds on their job. I pulled into Summit Mall parking lot to look at what I already knew was going to be a dirty car. Sure enough dirt and salt visible lots of places and on wheel wells. I paid for an under carriage wash that I know didn’t happen!  In fact I see no difference in the process when I pay for the premium services. Definitely time to change where I get my car washed and spend my money!!

I've been a customer of Quality Scrub since about 2007. I've notice in the past year or so that the "Quality" of the wash I receive has really gone down. I always get the super wash which I believe is 13$. During this wash the lights always come on indicating that I'm getting the premium wash. The past 3 or 4 times I've been there no lights come on and the signs that tell you what you are getting (undercharge wash, presoak, protectant, wax, drying agent) on the car only one or two light(s) are lite. I have a feeling this is because I'm being charged for a premium wash and am only receiving the economy wash. I've been through enough times to know what the car looks and smells like based off the chemicals that are being applied. I believe it now says "feel the shine", I'm not feeling it. I've also noticed the employees who dry the cars are doing about 1/2 the car. I' not paying 13$ a wash to have to dry my own car, not to mention I tip every time I go through so let say 15$ after tip. I'm not sure what changed but I'll be taking my business else where.

The car wash is so cheap with drying and the staff so lazy that both my mirrors froze the second I left and my new rims were frozen now having been dried the slightest bit. Youd think better during the winter. Never going back
