What a great hotel! The staff have been friendly and very accommodating. I love the large rooms! Its a little one bedroom apartment, which give me the ability to get up early and make coffee without disturbing anyone in the bedroom. We are here for a 3 week stay and upgraded our room to a kitchenette. The room was clean, and everything worked. The bed was a little older, but comfortable enough that I could still stand up straight after sleeping in it(can't say that about a lot of hotel beds). Yes, this is an older hotel, but for its age, it's awesome! The indoor pool is warm, the exercise room a little small, and so is the laundry room. But all in all I will stay here again if ever out this way. Very much enjoyed our stay. Oh yeah, love the atrium!!

Old but surprisingly comfortable After reading all the negative reviews, I was very concerned about staying here, but we had points for a free hotel and I was coming for a conference. Although this hotel is old and outdated, the photos do accurately show what the rooms look like. I found my room which was a 3rd floor suite to be clean and the king size bed was clean and comfortable. Shower was clean and water was hot. Doors are older and could be more secure with deadbolts. The bathroom was very clean, but again things are outdated so they don't look brand new. Lobby area was neat and clean. Breakfast area was very clean and about what I would expect. Danish, toast, yogurt, cereal, etc. I would not expect great hot breakfast from this level hotel. Staff was nice. I would stay again. I just would never expect a 2.5-3 star chain to be a five star hotel.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE WHITE!!! Absolutely the rudest customer service. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door we were unwelcome treated horribly. I would advise staying away from this particular hotel! .. Last nigh, after traveling several hours, we decided to stop for the night. As choice privlage members we drove out of our way to the Quality Suites. The women at the front desk clearly didn’t want to be there or didn’t want us there. Saying she was rude is an understatement! With the worst attitude she gave us the price for a room. We let her know that I had called earlier and were given a lower price over the phone. She replied “ go next door they are cheaper” and got on her cell phone. We discussed leaving due to the women being so rude, but as members we didn’t want to go elsewhere. I asked if we could pay for the room in cash and put the security on a card. She said no pushed my credit card and license away and said “ go next door they take cash” my husband was upset with the women’s attitude at this point. I asked her to put it all on the card and she said “ I’m not giving you a room here, go next door” and got back on her cell phone... We are from the south and realized that we were being discriminated. This women was clearly racist or should not be in the customer service industry. Absolutely, appalled that quality inn would have someone like this working for them.

We had a terrible experience with Quality Suites. Shortly after we arrived, we found a BED BUG on the sofa bed. We quickly packed up our things, and caught the bed bug in a cup to show to the receptionist, who confirmed that our find was indeed a bed bug. She spoke with her manager, and said that Quality Suites was completely booked for the night, and the only thing they could offer us was a full refund for our rooms (this was at 9:30pm). According to this receptionist, all of the other hotels in the area were also completely booked. After doing some research on our own, we were able to book the last room at a hotel across the street (for double the price!). The manager at Quality Suites also refused to pay for the difference between the two rooms even after we offered to send him the receipt. In short, don't stay here unless you want to take bed bugs home with you. If we found them in one room, they are certainly in many, many more.

The worst! Our room smelled like a filthy ashtray. The knob on the door to the outside was practically hanging off the wall. The bathroom was filthy and the guy at the desk when we checked in was rude. DISGUSTING PLACE. DO NOT STAY THERE!
