The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the bistro, I can't say enough. Now, the room...first, the toilet seat was loose (if it hadn't been reported, I realize there is no way for them to know) and there were droplets of fresh urine on the toilet! Outside of this being a way to transmit an infectious disease, it also leads me to believe the rest of the bathroom was never cleaned! The housekeeping did not replace the cups that were used for coffee in the morning nor did they take away the empty, dirty glasses we had left from the night before. The bread and bagels were stale and the breakfast/coffee is not complementary. I am not one to ever write a review but in comparison to the last Courtyard we stayed at, this did, in no way measure up. The only reason I am giving 3 stars and not 2 is because the staff deserves recognition for their professionalism and friendliness. Very disappointed

Close enough to Asbury park. The room was clean and spacious. Gym and pool are very nice. I'd stay here again. Just understand that the walls are kind of thin. I was lucky and didn't have a neighbor until the last day.

The lobby was nice. But we had to switch rooms a few times. The first room wasn't even cleaned up after the previous guest stayed there. Bed wasn't made, towels on the floor and food was in a box on the floor. Second room had a funky smell to it. Third room was pretty good. Front desk was accommodating each time though.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is polite. You can uber to the shore bars for 15$. Staff was pleasant and professional. Will recommend. There isn't free breakfast and the cafe is overpriced so we went to JBs diner which is 5 min. By drive

Rooms are very spacious, comfortable pillows. No complimentary breakfast since it is integrated into a cafe with Starbucks. Pull out spring beds are very rickety and uncomfortable, reason for a star subtraction. Air conditioning keeps up with the heat. Very friendly staff that is quick and happy to help!
