Filthy. Do not stay here. We checked in around 11pm on a trip when this was the only nearby place with a room and stayed in room 339. We got our keys, went up to the room and the door was WIDE OPEN to the outside. We saw a few other rooms with their doors wide open as well on our way up the stairs.. When we walked into the room there were spiders on the wall and bugs on the A/C. The door was probably open all day long. Floors are absolutely filthy with dust and dirt just as many other reviews say. Shower had black mold all along the edges. Carpets were not clean and there were white specs of wall paint all over by the front door. Black curly hairs under the blankets. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. What a disgrace. Management and housekeeping need to be fired immediately.

This is an awful hotel. The front desk woman said she didn't know what she lived here, let alone worked here. I had no towels in my room, even when I got here. I went to the office and asked for some and they told me to find the maid and there were none that he could find. They cancelled my reservation because I was in a red eye and was willing to pay an extra day to accommodate a 5 am check in, and then they charged me twice. I now have to dispute a $400 charge and I have less money for fun stuff. Worst hotel I've ever been to.

The front desk service was great. I was only there for one night. It was a decent experience. Nothing really stood out. The only thing was by the time we checked in and got to our room upstairs they were still cleaning it. The cleaning people started it and just walked away mid-cleaning. I don't know if there was a communications error between the cleaning staff and the front desk. It was a little unsettling to have to walk into an open room to leave our stuff and close it with the room still not clean (we we're going to an event via Uber and could not wait around for the cleaning people) It's a little hidden behind another motel so it's easy to miss.

Location is great for travelers looking to sleep, not far from shopping and the beach. Not much on site though. Room are kept pretty clean, and I didn't see any bugs.

Love this hotel. Very clean rooms very clean look. Workers at desk very friendly. Great prices. Check out at 12 is a plus also.
