Clean and moderately priced long term hotel. Beds were comfortable and breakfast provided was good. The downside, is that it's located next to a business center and not within walking distance of any town or shopping centers.

The Residence Inn is a quaint hotel just off the main toll-way in a very quiet area. The rooms are segregated into partitions of mini apartment buildings with a fully stocked kitchen of appliances including 4 sets of dinnerware, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and a stove/oven, plus a beer/wine opener if you're into that. My room, being on the second floor, had a loft with a bed and bathroom on both the bottom area and loft. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are several places to eat within a 5-10 minute drive and a grocery store about 10 minutes out too if you wanted to make dinner. All in all, I would stay here again given the chance.

The rooms are very outdated. They still have popcorn cielings. The bed had a spring sticking out. The bathroom the toilet was fine, but the bathtub was not in great shape. It was clean, but has dents and marks all over it. Additionally our AC broke in the middle of our trip. Plus there are carpenter bees everywhere. No attempt to control them. Honestly, there's a newer Residence Inn in Tinton falls. Stay there instead. Especially if traveling with family.

Great hotel love all the features in the rooms but they do need some updating and a bit cleaner
